English Writing Folio National 5 & Higher

We are delighted to be able to offer you access to our full online National 5 and Higher English Writing Folio course!

The online programmes offer students the opportunity to be taught by an expert school teacher from the comfort of their own homes. Our National 5 and Higher English Writing Folio course mirror content learned in school, so it’s an excellent way to boost confidence because your teen doesn’t ever miss out. ​We have pre-recorded the full course and deliver our lesson into small consumable nuggets to increase retention covering all the key areas of the course.

These pre-recorded video lessons are focussed on developing a deep understanding of the lessons will be very beneficial for our students as they can pause, rewind and rewatch unlimited amount of times for any content they’re not sure of. Pre-recorded video lessons giving students the freedom to work through the National 5 and Higher English Writing Folio course at their own pace and at a time that suits them or to watch in sync with there school class to reinforce knowledge.

Here at My Digital Lesson, we believe the ideal path for your teenager is to blend classroom learning with online learning. This is because it allows pupils to boost their learning: they can study with others, as well as independently- and they hear information more than once! 

The National 5 English portfolio is an externally assessed task.
This portfolio is worth 30 marks out of a total of 100 marks. The marks make up 30% of the overall marks for the Course assessment. The Course will be graded A–D.
